2015 Workplan

This year, StreamSweepers will complete the entire Rapidan River Valley from Shenandoah National Park to the river’s confluence with the Rappahannock River east of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Work in the upper portion of the river from the Park to Wolftown Beach will have to be completed on foot. There should be enough water in the river to move to boats from there on to where the river crosses the Greene County line (where 2013 work began). 2015 Sweepers will then move to Racoon Ford where 2014 work ended, and continue on through Germanna Ford and then on the confluence by late July/early August.
